The site required clearing around active building operations, with vegetation and debris removal needing to be sequenced to avoid disrupting building access and adjacent site drainage.
We sequenced clearing and grubbing in defined zones, protected existing drainage paths during debris removal, and coordinated site access with building operations staff throughout the work.
Building 88's grounds were restored to a safe, maintained, and code-compliant condition without disrupting ongoing building operations.
