Shelterline Limited has been serving the Washington region since 1978. What started as a construction company focused on quality work has grown into a broader operation supporting building construction, renovations, civil and site work, infrastructure improvements, stormwater services, and facility upgrades across Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia.
Today, we work with government agencies, commercial clients, property owners, schools, and institutions on projects of different sizes and scopes. Many of our projects take place in occupied schools, public facilities, neighborhoods, and spaces that remain in use while construction is underway. That experience has taught us to think beyond the limits of the jobsite. We plan around the people who use the space, minimize disruption, protect surrounding areas, and look for opportunities to support local workers and businesses along the way.
