Shelterline renovated and remodeled interior units of a residential apartment building in Georgetown, updating finishes and layouts while the building remained occupied.
Renovation work had to be coordinated unit by unit around existing residents, with tight access through Georgetown's narrow historic streets limiting material staging and deliveries.
We sequenced renovations unit by unit with advance resident notice, and scheduled deliveries during off-peak hours to work within the neighborhood's limited street access.
Renovated units give the Georgetown building modernized interiors and layouts, delivered with minimal disruption to residents throughout construction.
